THE WORLD HOW I SEE IT
"Change is the only constant in life"
This quote attributed to Heraclitus about 500 B.C. describes best what drives me. Change is everywhere and one has to adapt constantly to it to progress. This sounds like a tedious way of getting through life. Well, I don't agree - it's full of energy, challenge and discovery. It's not easy, but makes our lives interesting.
Having lived on three continents, in 6 countries with as many languages and different cultures, I learned to face change and adapt. Now I think it's time to share some of my experiences over time. Through many talks I realized that change is still a major barrier for many, both in personal and professional life.
I don't pretend to know, I just share what I've experienced and you can decide if there's something interesting for you. The same way I took from those who shared their experiences with me over time.

A BIT ABOUT ME
I am a calm and serious person that likes to deal with complex situations and problems that need to be simplified and solved. I can jump from one topic to the other on a same day without losing the overall view.
My passion are people and I am considered a good listener and advisor.
Throughout my career I had the chance to work in different cultures and mindsets, giving me a lot of sensibility for people, their specific role in organizations, their open and hidden agendas and their will or resistance to change or success.
Having traveled around the world and still loving to do so, I speak 4 languages fluently. With a wide network all over the world I truly see myself as a world citizen, able to settle in wherever it is required and to work with people of whatever cultural and professional background.
